SportStream Ltd ("SportStream", "we", "our", or "us") operates the SportStream mobile application available at sportstream.life. For privacy enquiries: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide (name, email, payment details) and data generated automatically when you use the app:

• Device identifiers, OS version, app version
• IP address and country-level location
• Pages and features accessed, session duration
• Crash reports and performance metrics

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve SportStream, process subscription payments, send service notifications, and handle support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, and — where required — your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies).

5. Data sharing

Data is shared only with trusted processors (payment, hosting, analytics) under binding agreements. They may not use your data independently.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, financial records are kept for up to 7 years as required by law. Analytics data is anonymised.

7. Your rights

1. Acceptance

By using SportStream you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to register. By signing up you confirm this requirement is met.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices include applicable taxes and are processed by our payment provider.

4. Free trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. If not cancelled before it ends, the selected plan is billed automatically. One trial per account.

5. Cancellation

Cancel any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Permitted use

SportStream is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share credentials, record streams, redistribute content, or use the service in violation of any law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on SportStream is licensed and protected by copyright. You acquire no ownership rights by accessing it.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance or events outside our control may affect access.

9. Liability

SportStream's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
